Working in the call center environment, it's easy to see that upper mgmt and the executive cares vastly more about the bottom line than their people. Staff is under paid, over worked, and under appreciated. The motives of upper mgmt and the mgmt team often hide behind vague policies to discipline or terminate staff at-will.
