Pros
A benefit was many of my coworkers who were very kind and helped create a good environment. The buildings were also nice and comfortable to work in.
Cons
Multiple times I was told, as a supervisor, to tell employees in the call center that they were only allowed 10-15 minutes of ‘personal break’ a week, and stepping away to fill their water or use the bathroom more than twice a week was unacceptable. I was told that if they wanted to go to the bathroom more than that, they needed a doctor’s note. From what I saw, employment in different areas of the company comes with many benefits. The atmosphere changes between relaxed, and severe crunch time for them where many salaried employees work unpaid overtime. Call Center employees, despite making up the department that made the company the most money, was treated horribly. Suicidal caller? Sorry, all I can give you is a 5 min personal break unless you want to take a warning for leaving early. Benefits for other employees would not be given to call center. Only low pay and extreme stress.
