Mid-Senior Level - Anonymous employee NEC Corporation Employee Review

Salary freeze for the past few years had caused alot of anxiousness and cost the company some very talented staff. Some dubious decisions made by mid level management have left senior delivery staff feeling appreciated. Though it's clear the SA team is carrying the company nationally in respect to profits, the appreciation is does not clearly extend beyond mere words. And lack of training, if you're being billed then no chance of that. Very sales oriented reward structure, no bonuses for successful delivery.
