Pros
Location is good, easy metro access. No break timings. Smart people around. Open door policy is there but no one addresses the problem.
Cons
The good people leave Inefficient staff stays back. Looks like its all pre decided who is to be sent onsite and who is to stay back on bench. False promise they do for new projects, which never come.
