1. Competitive pay. 2. Connected with CEMEX - somehow! What is CEMEX doing in IT?? cementing the bridge between India and Europe/US to send more slaves to work for less dollars. 3. You will ROCK and ROLL if you are a sycophant. 4. Financially Stable - if that attracts you. 5. No other benefits at all. :( All the "BAD" reviews are genuine. All the "GOOD" reviews are fake, particularly - the ones with 5 stars! some reviews - literally plead- no fake reviews please! BEWARE of those, rather skip them.
Cons
1. Prevalent Nepotism in every aspect. 2. If you are one of "Yes-Men", "Late-night-or-weekend-workers", "Always-praising-management-for-no-reason" then you are in the good books. 3. You will NEVER get credit for your work, infact it will be re-routed through so many channels that at the end either someone in the flow owns it or you will be questioned why and who delegated this to you. 4. Rate of hiring is high, with attrition rate even higher. EXACT data - 1 month - 4/33 escaped (read:resigned). 5. No sense of professionalism. No code of conduct. Sadly, they are unknown to E - Leave aside Ethics. 6. A purely body shopping company. 7. Confidentiality is a MYTH. 8. Transparency they read as - false promises to employees.
