- Customer satisfaction is always at the forefront - Ability to move between departments - Training provided if there for the long-haul - Staff and employee discount (Next & Lipsy) - Great vibe especially during the Olympics
Cons
- Childish behaviour by some of the management (depending on location) - Pay could be much better - Expect to go above and beyond even though pay is poor - Lack of respect to new staff by some senior management
