Just awful! - Video Production/Graphic Design NEXT Employee Review

Where to start!! The E-commerce dept. has a toxic atmosphere & it's very clear that most people don't want to be there. Don't expect a warm welcome when you join! It's honestly the least-inspired creative team I've ever worked in and the designers just get told what to do by bossy commercial people who want to shamelessly grab every penny. If you're there to implement or help streamline processes then good luck, I'm sure you'll find that no one will support you and they'll just continue as they were, but then moan at you when things go wrong.
