Good training provided. Very fast paced and using your initiative is necessary so you learn a lot and fast. Lots of opportunity to change to different stores. Well structured teams.
Cons
Very large company so you feel forgotten about. Feels like you never find out important information when you need it. Can be very stressful. Need to be almost fully flexible to even get a job.
