Flexible hours, generous staff discount, well structured online portal allowing the booking of holidays, to pick up extra hours and cut back on hours that you can't do.
Cons
Cash based incentives make the customer service great towards customers, but inter-staff relationships can suffer. Instore training is a bit thin, with more emphasis on you learning on your own time.
