      -Good Salary to start with your career. -Since the workforce is small, you can get an opportunity to work directly with financially hefty projects.

      Cons

      - Promotions to higher hierarchy designations are not fast. - Major projects are located in remote places. - A lot of bureaucracy and politics involved at workplace.

      Good benefits and pay. Beautiful country to work in.

      Management needs to listen to what the supervisors are telling them. They don't and then get upset when things go wrong.
