      Pros

      At engineer level a great place to work with many helpful colleagues willing to help. A good place to get a grounding in semiconductors. You will have to be the best to see any salary improvement without moving on.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit over burdened with procedures and box ticking. Unrealistic goal setting.
