Pros
Hi tech enviriorment , dynamic market on the edge of innovationin at least in the past . Global company , oustanding middle management that is keeping the company still running and keep the workforce where they can still motivate . The compensation & package still there from the old Philips period are fare . Communication are manage from the top management in a quite approriate way . The balance between work and personal life is fare but in some areas getting worst , too many changes in parallel . A hope cannot get worst than last 2 years , so willing to stay to get the business back in shape
Cons
Very politic and lobby approach , the new sponsor are too short term view and the exercize is cost cutting ( that in some way is corect ) but focus also on top line , it is 3 years I do not remember a big win in the market. The management is focused for only tomorrow with very weak programs. The execution of those program are deployed by the second line of management that has a limited experience , a lot of arrogance , and not capabile to understand the big picture . The biggest issue we have is a disconection between the strategy and the implementation . Overall in this moment lack of values
