I was extremely disappointed with the direction the company took over the past year. The sales team had limited support from the rest of the company, there were constant management changes with little explanation and nonexistent training or enablement. It seemed like the people that spoke up or gave feedback were the ones punished. Restructuring, leadership turnover, and frequent shifts in priorities created a highly unstable work environment. Instead of providing stability and a clear path forward, these changes resulted in confusion and inefficiency. Frustrating hypocrisy when the leadership team says they value diversity & inclusion, yet the entire new sales team was recruited from the same company.
