Nothing that you wouldn't expect in any tech scale up laying foundations for future growth: things can be a bit scrappy as you are building the plane whilst flying it, but that is part of the fun. Nano is focused on addressing the right things and have a clear strategy and plan in place for doing so.

There is no clear communication between the teams and no communication whatsoever from the upper management unless it's urgent.
