      Lower pay than private industry; most supervisors do not have good leadership skills, they micromanage, they don't care about the people--only your work products, and don't have what it takes to be a great manager; workloads are extremely high, no work-life balance; toxic and stressful culture.

      Pros

      The internship managers are very welcoming and supportive of each and every intern. Our requests and needs are met entirely throughout the internship. Filled with very talented individuals and mentors.

      Cons

      The lab is somewhat in the outskirts of the city, which makes traversal a bit difficult if you do not have a car.
