Pros
This company has been great to work for. Wonderful support from leadership, such a positive atmosphere, everyone is super chill and I really enjoy the people I work with. Pay is very good in my opinion, as are the benefits. I do feel like NI cares about their employees. Very happy I came here.
Cons
The claims systems are clunky but we are in the process of improving this and looks hopeful it will get better.
