Wonderful coworkers, good opportunity to move around and engage in different aspects of job role.
Cons
Senior leadership live in their own buddy buddy bubble, they cannot relate to average workers and don't even try to. They have run the team down over the past several years and through constant attrition, hits to brand reputation, and business setbacks they do nothing but high five each other and take victory laps over small wins.
