Pros
Nice co-workers who are very helpful.
Cons
Where do I start? I was very excited to start working here. I had 14 years in the business and I saw this as a great opportunity. My offer letter stated I would be making a base salary plus commission. When I started, everything seemed to be going great. That was until my Director left. Great guy! Then they hired another Director who was impossible to work for. The absolute worst micro manager. You had to report in almost constantly and you had 4-5 meetings a week. We had to fill out these ridiculous reports for our one big meeting that occurred on Wednesdays with the sales reps, the Director and the CEO of the company. You left yourself open to be criticized by everyone. The big shocker to me was when the CEO told me I would be owing him money if I didn’t have 25 depos scheduled that month so that he would get back his ‘base salary’ he was paying me. That is a draw against commission, not a base. I left with a bunch of depos on the books and did not attempt to take them with me. I was told that going out and visiting clients was the ‘old way’ of doing business and that only sending emails and making phone calls work. Between that and constantly logging things into Hubspot daily, going to meetings and sending emails, there was no time left to get work. Oh yea, I was there 6 months and after the Director left, about 8 other people left before me.
