Pros
Fun to talk with customers if you like to help people. The only reason why I would recommend this job to any one is to learn some good habits of high scale customer service skills to carry on to the next company that will appreciate them.
Cons
Seasonal Only, not many stay because it takes too long to move up very part time. Can get lost in the system quickly if you dont study and take good notes. Class is crammed with so much info in so little time for such a short season. Pay is VERY minimal. $9-$10hr.
