      Pros

      Working on the very good product, using new technologies. It was very nice to work there.

      Cons

      In last year of my work for Nero I was very disappointed in Nero. Management jumped from one decision to another, and brought Nero to very bad state.

      * Great work-life balance * Nice teammates, great work environment * Friendly management always open for chit-chat

      Cons

      * Business has been declining the last few years, some frugality, though management states profits are up last year * Sometimes feels disorganized in some HR things

      Pros

      A global brand with some of the best development teams in the business with a global reach. Excellent interpersonal relations and teams that get the work done.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and therefore not enough money left to pay for enough indians to do the work. Underwhelming product offering with no real direction from management on how to market it. A very young management team.
