Pros

At current situation during lockdown which is not ended yet, company is asking us to let us know whether we can come to campus and work.I want to mention all the employes are doing jobs . STILL Company is pushing employes to come office and work.No feedback mechanism never HR ask for any concerns related to us.

Cons

Worst BPHR mechanism, having no solutions relying on managers complete time.We rarely walk to HR to tell us what is going on.Managers take-up complete approval process with them they create dependency so that there chair is safe.If you have to meet senior person way will be through your manager.Direct gate is closed it seem. The delayed process full and final due to long way for processing all the things. One man dependency concept.HR knows all what is running, as all gives the feedback while leaving.

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
