Highly competent team. I have never been a part of an efficient and like minded team who are willing to work together to get a job done until I came to Network Management Services. The company encourages individual growth and initiative. Both the wellbeing of the clients and employees are taken into consideration. Network Management Services sets the standard for which all companies of this archetype should be run.

None that I can think of. Network Management Services has lived up to all expectations and more. If you speak up, they will listen.

NMS have a great team, and care is taken before a new person is hired, that all team members are suited to work well together, not only by skill, but also by personality and interest. Initiative and unconventional thinking are rewarded, especially with the interest of the clients in mind. The main focus is to provide excellent customer service, even if that means to go beyond the original request. The office, software, and organization are great, and far better than in previous, similar jobs I have worked with other companies. Suggestions and problems are listened to, discussed in meetings, and if at all possible implemented. If working with technology at a place that offers opportunity, but expects a little own initiative sounds good, then this is it.

None that I can think of. Should there ever be any problems, they are discussed and resolved within the team and weekly meetings.
