      Pros

      Highly competent team. I have never been a part of an efficient and like minded team who are willing to work together to get a job done until I came to Network Management Services. The company encourages individual growth and initiative. Both the wellbeing of the clients and employees are taken into consideration. Network Management Services sets the standard for which all companies of this archetype should be run.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Network Management Services has lived up to all expectations and more. If you speak up, they will listen.

      Pros

      Great team of techs (best that I've worked with at least) who get along outside of work too. Also lucky to have a solid client base who actually appreciate the service. Different challenges and learning new things every day so it's certainly not boring.

      Cons

      Company growth is not always consistent, but it's actively being worked on and seems headed in the right direction.

      Pros

      NMS is an amazing place to work where we help businesses achieve their goals. NMS management places a high level of importance on employee engagement, realizing that most team members don't want to simply be a cog in the production wheel.

      Cons

      I don't know of any specific downsides to working at NMS. I have been with this company for 8 years and have been privileged to work with the team of professionals that make up our team.
