Pros

Fast-paced and scrappy team – there’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership and grow quickly. Product is genuinely making a difference in modernizing healthcare, which makes selling it more rewarding. Strong leadership with clear vision and goals – everyone is aligned around building something meaningful in healthcare.

Cons

This isn’t a coasting kind of role — expectations are high. Expect long hours – not a typical 9–5 role, especially if you’re looking to hit or exceed quota. Lean teams mean you wear multiple hats – great for growth, but not for everyone.

Pros

Very supportive team and collaborative working environment. From the top down, the NexHealth team works together to retool and improve the platform. Product and engineering are always asking for more ways to make customers happy and they do so by working cross functionally. My time at NexHealth has only gotten better. Startups can be tough but the community, mission and impact have made any tough times well worth it.

Cons

There have been some big changes in leadership causing some disruptions. However the every transition was handled well and a plan was communicated to the team.

Pros

-Fast ramping period when onboarding -Everyone is willing to help as long as you are willing to be proactive and ask questions -High visibility to your work at a late stage startup which motivates me to work each day and put in effort to be a meaningful contributor -Inspiring mission centralized around accelerating innovation in healthcare while making a lasting impact on small dental and medical practices

Cons

-Onboarding process as a new hire needs to be more structured -You are expected to learn things on the fly and adapt efficiently and quickly -Being a fast learner is crucial in addition to being coachable and open to feedback from your peers -Improvement to be made on documentation as a whole and where to find information in the day-to-day
