Pros

-You're entrusted to work your own book of business -Anonymity -Opportunity to learn knew things -Head of backend work (Waleed) is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and giving founders I worked for.

Cons

-A Pro-Trump, close minded, young & immature CEO -I have never had a superior that acts more like a 3 year old. And he is the CEO!!! Yes, Alamin, he is a complete scumbag and it shows everyday. He avidly and openly admits everyday that he needs to make fun of people to make himself happy. AND HE DOES IT. He berated a new employee everyday and then fired him after 6 months of SDR work. The sad thing is, he's just taking out the frustration of not succeeding out on his employees. He always talks about growth but the company has been around for over 5 years and has less than 300 clients..... THAT IS A JOKE AND SO IS THIS COMPANY (I feel bad for this guy bc he just does not know ANYTHING about business). Another example - the "good" reviews below this are all him making his current employees fill out good reviews to downplay the terrible (true) ones from before

To the author- I'm sorry to hear about your experience at our company. I won't dispute point by point here some of the things mentioned that are clearly not true. But I can understand you're writing this out of frustration and anger. Definitely understandable and I'm sorry for letting you down. Of course, as first time founders and a new company, we have a lot to learn. And we continue to improve our product, culture, employee happiness and more every day. Given your review, it does not seem like we left amicably. I wish we had. -Alamin

Pros

None. This is completely overshadowed by the Cons.

Cons

CEO, Alamin Uddin, sent out a company-wide email on Saturday Nov 19th, 2022 demanding that a Slack channel consisting of women sharing their experiences in the company needed to dissolve. Lack of diversity as mentioned in multiple Glassdoor reviews is an understatement. He states, "Just because you're of a specific race or gender doesn't mean anything to the company." However, he was nice enough to write "we're more than happy to celebrate your accomplishments and form groups around them, like veterans etc." A Slack channel for veterans is acceptable but a Slack channel for an under-represented demographic in tech needs to dissolve? Today he gave a classic Youtube, non-apology to the company asking us not to share this publicly. The fact that he doesn't want this shared publicly yet still has not offered an authentic apology shows his massive ego only cares about his own reputation.
