Pros
Generous PTO and they allow you to work from home if you can't physically make it in to work. Decent pay for the industry but since the new president took over in 2014 they've really slowed down on annual raises. Unless you're a closer you don't get a bonus even though you may do all the work to close a file. I worked at their headquarters in Bellevue Wa. Good location with free parking. Company provides a free lunch on last day of month.
Cons
The President of the company has gotten rid of all the people who work hard and has filled the headquarters with "yes" people and computer geeks.Poor management who are people who kissed you know what but didn't actually put in work to earn the position. Buddy environment. Plain and simple, if you're a hard worker you won't move up In the company; but if you're lazy and look busy when certain eyes are on you and you kiss enough of the presidents you know what and gossip you'll advance quickly.
