Badly managed, too much nepotism, lack of respect for employees

From the lack of proper management to the toxic work environment to the hiring of unqualified employees - they are a nightmare to work for.
Cons
Hired as Escrow Assistant for a closer with horrible attitude, non-existent maturity and blatant disregard for basic respect for others. After 5 months I demanded to be moved to another department to get away from her. After being told I would be moved to another department to get away from a toxic work environment - I was then told to just "get along" with her & they could not/would not discipline her or write her up for her actions. 3 months later I was told I could move to the REO Department. I asked that my salary be a lateral move & was told ok - they would see to that. After repeated attempts to verify my salary I moved to that department to find out they were not able to match my salary. So I was baited & switched. Not only was I commuting farther but for less pay with out any communication. Needless to say I got out of there as fast as I could & thank God I did. Worst work experience ever.
