the best thing about nexera consulting is the team feel and support. it's a relatively young group, but i'm constantly impressed with how knowledgeable everyone is on healthcare and even supply chain.

work is what you make of it, and that couldn't be more true here - the consulting group is a small group of really cool people who are all very smart and hardworking. there's a start-up culture here, so things can move really quickly and get pretty intense. some people don't thrive well without formal structure, but i love the fact that i can be working on a vascular graft analysis one day and then be part of a sales pitch to some hospital executives the very next!
