Applied online. Got an email about a month later about an initial call with the team lead. Did two technical interviews after that, but they weren't that technical, they just asked some basic system design questions that it's hard to learn much from. They ghosted me after the second interview.

Email notifying of candidate selection. Approximate 20-30 minute initial phone interview . Phone Interview was standard; nothing out of the ordinary. Straight forward in office excel skill assessment. A few brain teaser questions. Felt like being interviewed by frat boys. Felt unwelcoming and daunting.
