Pros
- Employees are given the autonomy to pursue individual projects (marketing programs, process review, etc.).
- The culture is fantastic: team members support personal and professional growth, and management sponsors off-site team retreats several times a year.
- The firm has access to resources that will help sales and service team member succeed. From market access to education and marketing materials, if you are willing to put in the effort you will be successful.
- Benefits & career opportunity: The firm offers competitive pay and a rich benefits package (medical, dental, disability, life, telehealth, EAP, PTO , and retirement plans).
- Work/life balance: Management is very respectful of maintaining work/life balance. Between PTO, flexible schedules, and remote work options employees have a lot of freedom.
5 star reviews can be hard to believe, but that's exactly what my experience has been. Management sincerely cares about employees, and if you are ready to put in effort there's nowhere to go but up.
Cons
- NRM is still a young agency, and brand recognition is only prevalent in targeted industries. This is a challenge, but likely a temporary one.
- Hard to call this a con, but you need to be a self-starter/driven to thrive here. Taking advantage of the ability to pursue projects and utilize available resources is key to success.
