From market access to education and marketing materials, if you are willing to put in the effort you will be successful. - Benefits & career opportunity: The firm offers competitive pay and a rich benefits package (medical, dental, disability, life, telehealth, EAP, PTO , and retirement plans). - Work/life balance: Management is very respectful of maintaining work/life balance. Between PTO, flexible schedules, and remote work options employees have a lot of freedom. 5 star reviews can be hard to believe, but that's exactly what my experience has been. Management sincerely cares about employees, and if you are ready to put in effort there's nowhere to go but up.
