Cons
They don't even know the proper expectations and interview process from a particular candidate to look for before entering into organization. Once they're in, they'll share the expectations and targets from Uber side which will be completely irrelevant to your current skill set. This will be a huge drawback for clearing the client rounds once you're already into the company. In my case, one client round failed, then I was out of the company. Which was a nightmare. No guidance on client expectations, no idea for even them. No proper interview process as per the role we'll be dumping into. Don't get surprised even if they ask you to learn new technology with in a week and judge you based on that.
