Pros

• Lots of events and a growing business • Some generally lovely colleagues • Regular social activities • Private health insurance or gym membership after you pass probation

Cons

• My experience was overshadowed by a toxic atmosphere created by certain senior leadership behaviours. Belittling team members, dismissing opinions and gossiping about staff in front of others all contributed to this toxic environment. • The individual in question consistently showed little empathy or respect, which made it difficult to feel valued or supported. • Hard work often goes unrecognised; there is little to no appreciation or thanks for the effort that you have put in. • Training was technically provided, but expectations were unrealistic. You were often treated as though you should already know everything without proper support or guidance. • The negative culture wasn’t just my perception; it was clear that others felt the same way, which made the environment even more draining. • Anti-social hours are expected, including weekends and late evenings. • As other reviews have mentioned, the leadership team has a tendency to play favourites. • Employee wellbeing does not feel like a priority and the management style was among the most unprofessional and unsupportive that I have ever experienced.
