Lots of experience to be gained in the field of supply chain, work allocated is balanced with knowledgeable colleague / superior to guide you through , basically a good place to start and learn.
Cons
Salaries range and benefit is dated, and there seems to be no plan for adjustment, career progression is slow as well, as there is a quota for promotion every year.
