      Very bad leadership, Not capable of self-criticism and of taking responsability. Poor strategy. Poor planning of workforce. They hire and fire people like it is nothing. Lack of development opportunities. Lack of accountability and ownership.

      It's a scam. They try to get your personal information on telegram. If you dont give your personal information out right away, they will delete you before you can get them blocked as scam
