Coworkers work-life balance and cantine
Cons
Very bad leadership, Not capable of self-criticism and of taking responsability. Poor strategy. Poor planning of workforce. They hire and fire people like it is nothing. Lack of development opportunities. Lack of accountability and ownership.

Pros
It is a company with a lot of young and ambitious people. The work environment is great, work-life balance is being prioritized and the benefits are really good.
Cons
It is a growing company, so there tends to be "not enough hands on deck". It can sometimes hinder efficiency because each employee has quite a broad range of responsibilities, hence you cannot always expect to get prioritized.
