Pros
Hard to find positive words as to why NuView is a good place to work. I would say the most positive reason to work at NuView is not the company but it's great, tolerant customers. Building outside customer relationships would be the only benefit.
Cons
Don't be fooled by the recent positive comments that are clearly written by the marketing group. The company is trying turn around a very negative work enviornment as they need to hire since so many 'good' people are departing. Do your research on this company and you will find a better place to work. Ask the question about tenure and why the sudden shift the past few years on employee departures. You will find management tenure long which is a bad thing and everyone else has a short tenure.
