      Pros

      Great people, good training options. Good place to learn how to be an effective employee and learn the business system while helping customers solve technology issues. Learn these basics, then move on.

      Cons

      Difficult to make your voice heard, no room for advancement really. You can climb the ladder, but often you have to build your own rungs. - not necessarily bad. Upper management still seems to be restricted to family however, or old friends.

      Good leadership, relaxed atmosphere, low stress, and easy communication with leadership.

      Cons

      The relaxed atmosphere decreases productivity, But it is a well-worth sacrifice because it supports the people mentally and emotionally.

      Pros

      I have been working with NuWave for the past two years and it is the absolute best place I have ever worked. I support the CEO, Chad and he is the best! He is so transparent, kind and knowledgeable. He empowers me and all his employees to be the best that they can be and forgives when mistakes are made. He is human. He treats all his employees with respect and he is fair. I look forward to supporting him for many more years.
