Pros

On-time pay, helpful coworkers, clear and easily accessible account specific information, great tech support, usually enough work, good platform, Enrich resources.

Cons

Stressful work atmosphere because of constant harping on improving performance metrics. Ridiculously low pay for what is expected. You are no more to them than your performance metrics. Off-shoring. I do not feel that they value their US transcriptionists. Greed rules here.
