I have been with Nucleus Software for more than a decade, But 2021 was the worst year, almost everyone is experiencing the exact same in the organisation. People are dealing with mental health issues because of management's phsychotic Behaviours. People are leaving Nucleus Software like everyone leaves theatre after the end of the movie. Their "Nucleus Values" are left with no meanings. More than 600 Employees are on notice period because of the phsychotic management. They pretend to be a people company but in reality it's a biggest CON EVER. Everyone knows about the current situation of Nucleus Software in the market, SO NOW !!! the MANAGEMENT is covering up the image of the NUCLEUS SOFTWARE by posting Content with full of HOAX on Social Media, Just to pretend that How Much we Value our Nucleites ! And how we are supporting our employees during COVID. But in reality they have made Nucleites life MISERABLE !!!!
