Start Up and learning scope for say a Year only

Company is run on freshers and as they become senior the company start pressurising and once if you say anything about the task like it will take time and so they will plan to fire or demorlaise you. Not recommended at all Salary and hike are not given on time. Company is good for frsehers but as you become senior job security goes and uncessary pressure and situation asrises which will lead you to quit the company at last

The company is growing, Salaries on time

but the management is weak, need strong good leaders who can grow the company
