      Pros

      Very fun work atmosphere and culture. Lots of socials and good work/life balance. Grew a lot in my time and good benefits.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for further growth and slower to promote than I would have liked. The work got a big samey after a while, would have appreciated more variance. Also salary lower than available elsewhere.
