Pros
Pretty much everyone I worked with was friendly and competent. They were also helpful to me as someone brand new to digital marketing.
Cons
There is a culture of not saying no to clients so work can build up. Long hours or even random long nights were common. No salary increases until promotions but that's fairly standard in the industry.
