Great Company, Good benefits, 401k match and profit sharing. Management throughout the company is typically pretty good. I've heard of bad apples but haven't seen that myself.

Nobody in management has a clue about what they are doing. Managers are mostly twenty-somethings, and are extremely unprofessional and distasteful. They hire engineers to do very non-technical work and are obsessed with forcing overnight travel. Very micromanaged and hostile work environment. HR and IT may as well not even exist. People are crammed into teeny tiny cubicles and are discouraged from collaborating. Nepotism is a real problem. Employees are just a number and easily replaced.
