Company with high ceiling held back by incompetent leadership - Principal Software Engineer ORBCOMM Employee Review

New leadership is all talk. They created a toxic finger pointing environment in already siloed style management. Not one leader has clear vision or roadmap for taking the platform to next level. They will continue to work with bare minimum functioning product if it secures their job and willingly not put any effort in improving the below par platforms. As long as they can show some made up numbers to the shareholders. For a company with tag line as "Where Data Drives Decision" there is no research or innovation culture and mostly prefer delivering sub par products which looks like a college major project. No one has passion or vision for truly making the company products a standard as a market leader.
