      Company with high ceiling held back by incompetent leadership

      Pros

      Some colleagues are genuinely good people. Decent pay. Huge potential for technical growth but not possible due to Cons.

      Cons

      New leadership is all talk. They created a toxic finger pointing environment in already siloed style management. Not one leader has clear vision or roadmap for taking the platform to next level. They will continue to work with bare minimum functioning product if it secures their job and willingly not put any effort in improving the below par platforms. As long as they can show some made up numbers to the shareholders. For a company with tag line as "Where Data Drives Decision" there is no research or innovation culture and mostly prefer delivering sub par products which looks like a college major project. No one has passion or vision for truly making the company products a standard as a market leader.

      Pros

      - Used to be a company with good work culture and work-life balance - Support from higher management for team India - New technology stacks were introduced to scale the products - Good medical coverage - The current management has done a good job at clearing the inventory

      Cons

      - After the takeover by GI partners things are looking down south - The entire senior and middle management were replaced - as if the new ones are all god-gifted super-heroes who can turn things around by waving their magic wands (basically, "yes boss" type) - No focus on re-engineering the product - old problems still exist and new leadership is clueless.

      Worst leadership in Customer support

      Nice pay compare to other company

      The team is great, you will find good friends but senior director is totally showing favouristm to only few and he will give promotions only to few and he will fire the people who do not like without any reasons, this has been told to mgmt and hr. He is continuously doing and he dictate what to do and make people to spy on others. What I am telling is true.
