First, we understand the significance of a supportive work environment and appreciate your acknowledgment of the flexibility of remote and hybrid work options. Regarding your concerns about benefits and parental leave. We recognize that our current offerings may not have met your expectations. As a small company, we are continually reviewing and reassessing our benefits package to ensure it aligns with the evolving needs of our employees, and your feedback will be considered during this process.
We also want to address your concerns about layoffs. Due to significant challenges within the industry's economic landscape over the last 18 months, we, along with our competitors, have had to optimize the size of our team to ensure our long-term sustainability. We truly appreciate our employees, and although we acknowledge the difficulties these events may have generated, our objective remains to safeguard the longevity and well-being of our organization.
We appreciate your perspective regarding the promise of bonuses and your perception that some employees were promoted at the expense of others; however, this could not be further from the truth. We are committed to the health of ORS as a complete entity and stand by our honest and open dialogue with employees regarding compensation and career development.
