Stay Away, better places out there. - Anonymous employee OSM Worldwide Employee Review

2 families own OSM, if you are not part of the families you are on the outside looking in. Favoritism abounds for the family members, IMO, very arrogant people. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone, the worst place I have ever worked. They will put on their "sales" job and promise the world, but always seem to conveniently "forget" things when comes to pay raise considerations. They seem to forget all the extra time and effort put in by the non-family members. I've seen many fellow employees leave over not getting raise issues. And not just money issues, the companies culture is bad, they have tried to bring in HR people to change the culture but no luck, problem starts at the top. Have heard rumors of maybe selling the company, would be the best thing ever for the non-family employees. Can't say enough bad things, would give negative stars if I could. STAY AWAY!
