Pros
Great career advancement opportunities, great compensation package, great opportunities to travel and learn the business. Most people that start work here usually end their career here. The Employee Scholar Program is by far one of the best incentives to work for OTIS and the program is by far industry leading. The people here are great and very supportive.
Cons
There are no real downsides to working for OTIS. OTIS is a global company and is part of UTC which one of the most successful companies out there. Perhaps, the only downside to working for OTIS is you have to like to deal with people and understand elevators inside and out. To achieve great success at OTIS, all you have to do is work hard!
