Where do I begin? Everything you read (negative) about this company is correct. There are no checks and balances when it comes to management; you often find people in leadership positions who have no clue what they're doing.
It's highly likely you'll be hired and fired 6 months later. They've done this to entire teams, twice!
CEO is a lunatic.
No training, like at all.
Firms' strategy is often unclear.
I'd like to be honest by saying I am not a disgruntled employee; I wish the firm success. But people must know what they are walking into. Before accepting an offer with this firm, I had multiple offers elsewhere at well-established firms but decided on Reorg due to the possibility of upward mobility. That does not exist here, and I should've believed the reviews on this site.
